UKschools.com provides a highly personalised, impartial and independent education consultancy service to international and UK-based families, forces families and those families relocating for work. Whatever your educational needs, we have the knowledge, experience and time to help.

Our consultants have genuine experience working in, and with, leading British independent schools over many years. They have great relationships with schools and their admissions teams and a thorough understanding of entry requirements, from written assessments to interviews, and of what the schools are really looking for when they offer places.

As school and university specialists we support and guide each student, matching them to the most suitable school while considering their academic and English language abilities, skills and talents, interests and character.

When you engage us, we work for you and your child. We take no commission or referral fees from schools, which keeps our advice independent, leaves us free to recommend from a wide range of schools and focus on finding the right one for your son or daughter.

SELECT YOUR CONSULTANCY PATHWAY

Our Platinum Service

This personalised consultancy service provides each family with a named Director or Senior Consultant and unlimited access to them throughout the school selection and application process, until offered place(s) at suitable schools.

We work solely for our client families, who also pay our fee for this ‘educational concierge-style’ service in which we give each family as much time as they need.

  • Expert advice on choosing schools and preparing applications
  • Initial online or in-person advisory meeting and regular communication throughout the process
  • Applicant Information Form and Personal Student Profile (Academic, English language, interests and skills) for school use
  • English language assessment (test fee payable)
  • Direct personal discussions with schools about your child
  • Liaison between you, UKschools.com and schools
  • Online resources for school entry assessments available (external fee payable)

For families who feel sufficiently confident in their own understanding and knowledge of British schools and the application processes, we offer a detailed and factual service to support parents as they make such significant educational decisions for their children.

The Premier Service provides impartial, personalised guidance at key stages of the process. Families who would value continuous support, from initial advice through to securing a place, may prefer our Platinum Service.

  • Initial one-hour online advice and discussion about your family’s requirements
  • Selection of, and a report on, up to four recommended schools, recognising your family’s preferences and requirements, including location
  • Direct personal contact with selected schools, providing information including your child’s unique Applicant Information Profile, school reports, evidence of English language abilities, interests and skills
  • Written guidance summary of the application process and requirements for each short-listed school

Additional services available to our Premier Service clients

Families may ask us to ‘add on’ additional services to their initial Premier consulting service at any time, including: 

  •  English language ability assessment
  • Accompanied British school visits
  • Interview guidance and preparation tailored to your child’s needs
  • School application process guidance and support

Private and online tutoring in UK and overseas. Using professional and well-qualified tutors to provide personal one-to-one, or online, English language and specific subject tuition. Our tutors are experienced in preparing children for 11+, independent school entrance tests, GCSE, A level and IB exams.
